The times of the HSK examination are determined by Beijing. Under no circumstances can these times be changed:

| 11:25 | HSKK Intermediate (mandatory for HSK 4) |
| 13:30 sharp | HSK 1, 3, 5 |
| 15:40 | HSKK Elementary (mandatory for HSK 3) |
| 16:30 | HSKK Advanced (mandatory for HSK 5 and 6) |
The times stated on your admission ticket are binding if they differ from the times listed above.
Please make sure that you have uploaded a passport photo to your profile in advance. The registration system will reject passport photos with a resolution that is too low or too high. After registering, please check that your passport photo is displayed correctly. In principle, you must report for the examination with your "admission ticket", which you can print from your personal profile no earlier than one week before the examination. We will also have a duplicate available on the day of the examination itself. You therefore do not need to contact us if you are unable to print your admission ticket. A valid personal identity document is still required when checking in.
Please note: the location where you take the examination is the location you selected from the drop-down menu during registration. This location is also stated on the admission ticket that you must print from your personal profile before the examination. "Sint-Jorisstraat 69, 8000 Brugge" is our correspondence address, including for all other test locations in Belgium.
Candidates taking the test in Bruges can use the free parking facilities behind our centre (entrance: Klaverstraat 52, 8000 Brugge; entrance to the centre itself: Sint-Jorisstraat 69).

You can view your results via your personal profile at [www.chinesetest.cn](http://www.chinesetest.cn) no earlier than four weeks after the examination. Your test certificate will reach us approximately two weeks later and will be forwarded to the address you provided during registration and/or payment.
Certificates are sent by regular mail. Other delivery methods (registered mail, DHL courier) must be booked and paid for in advance via this website.
